UNIVERSAL UNDERCOAT

Hercules Universal Undercoat is a general purpose undercoat for interior and exterior surfaces. It is an undercoat for protective and decorative topcoats, which may be used on primed steel and timber and on sealed cement, ceiling board, hardboard and other materials used in the construction industry.  It has excellent adhesion on all properly primed or sealed surfaces and provides a smooth base with excellent sanding properties. Hercules Universal Undercoat has easy brushing and good leveling properties.
